Gold Patchwork Journal

I have a hard time throwing away beautiful paper, so I've collected quite a box of little scraps over the years! For this journal, I chose some of my favorite blue and gold pieces and arranged them into a colorful patchwork collage. The front and back covers are mirror images, making each side just as lovely as the other.

I handbound this book using traditional Coptic stitching, which allows it to lie flat when open. Inside are 160 pages of smooth, unlined recycled paper, ready for writing, sketching, or whatever inspires you.
